Fourteen students and recent college graduates complete progam's fourth year
The Charlotte Sports Business Fellowship program welcomed 14 participants to its 2025 cohort, as each fellow spent the past 12 weeks working at their respective sports business organizations and completing site visits at each of the 13 participating companies.
Participating companies in 2025 are: 23XI Racing, Anthem Rugby Carolina, CAA Icon, Charlotte 49ers, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Charlotte Sports Foundation, Elevate, Fox Sports, NASCAR, RFK Racing, Sports Business Journal, Tepper Sports & Entertainment (Charlotte FC and Carolina Panthers) and Truist.
This is the fourth year of the program, presented in partnership with Sports Biz Careers, that offers the opportunity to network, tour facilities and learn more from industry professionals. Each of the participants identifies as underrepresented in the sports industry -- female, BIPOC or LGBTQ+.
