As part of the partnership, the No. 77 car will feature a Modo paint scheme. In a press release, David Jumper, CMO of ARB Interactive, Modo's parent company, said NASCAR reflects the thrill-driven spirit of their brand:
"As a Made in America brand, Modo Casino is built by passionate people for players who love competition and winning moments."
"Partnering with Spire Motorsports is a natural fit, and we cannot wait to bring the thrill of Modo Casino to NASCAR fans at the track and at home."
Following Daytona, the Modo livery heads to the Charlotte Roval, Talladega, and Martinsville for three October races.
Modo's NASCAR partnership comes as the latest chapter in social gaming platforms' growing footprint in motorsports.
The NASCAR partnership is not Modo's first entry into motorsports. Last year, the platform announced a partnership with Formula 1's Alpine Racing team before the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The collaboration included Alpine-inspired games on Modo. Additionally, Modo branding was featured on the rear bodywork of the Alpine cars during the Las Vegas race and on the team's challenger during the 2025 season.
Virtual Gaming Worlds, or VGW, the parent of Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Slots, and Global Poker, also has partnerships in Formula 1 and NASCAR.
The company has been a premium sponsor of Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1 since 2023. "VGW Play" appears on the team's cars, drivers' helmets, and outfits.
VGW has also entered NASCAR with its Chumba Casino brand. At the beginning of the year, the company announced a multi-year partnership with 23XI Racing. It features Chumba's livery for several races across the team's No. 23, No. 35, and No. 45 cars.
Crypto casino Stake also entered Formula 1 by joining Alfa Romeo F1 as a co-title sponsor and later becoming the title sponsor of Sauber Motorsport. The sponsorship also provides significant exposure for sweepstakes casino Stake.us, as the branding only shows "Stake".
The team now competes under the name Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber. Occasionally, it rebrands and changes the livery to "Kick" in markets where gambling advertising is restricted. Kick is a streaming platform owned by Stake's owners.
Hard Rock International has also tapped into NASCAR through a partnership with Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr.
As part of the collaboration, the operator introduced a branded slot game titled Full Throttle with Dale Earnhardt Jr., which is available on its free-to-play social gaming platforms, Hard Rock Neverland Casino and Jackpot Planet.
The partnership also includes exclusive betting tips on Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook and special promotions, such as sweepstakes.
Modo's NASCAR sponsorship comes as its parent company, ARB Interactive, is broadening its sweepstakes footprint.
ARB Interactive recently acquired Publishers Clearing House (PCH) through a bankruptcy auction. The company plans to modernize the storied sweepstakes brand into a mobile-first, interactive platform.
The move underscores ARB's broader strategy: using high-visibility sports sponsorships and recognizable consumer brands to cement its position in the fast-growing sweepstakes casino market.
However, that could be challenging. That's due to the eroding reputation of PCH over unpaid prizes. Also, there's an increasing scrutiny over sweepstakes casinos across the US.
