Rounds 16, 17 and 18 of the championship will take place tomorow "Saturday, August 2) and Sunday (August 3).

NAPA Racing UK's Ash Sutton leads the series in his Ford Focus ST, after his fourth victory of the season in the previous round at Oulton Park.

The four-time BTCC champion holds a ten-point advantage over Tom Ingram in his Team VERTU Hyundai 130N, who also won last time out to record a second win of 2025.

Yorkshireman Dan Cammish arrives at his home circuit in third place, and is hoping to count on local support as he looks to add to his sole victory so far this season.

As well as BTCC action over three races on Sunday, there is action from three supporting classes throughout the weekend.

In the VERTU Mini Challenge, Durham driver Max Edmundson is chasing further success after victory in the last round at Oulton Park.

In the Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain, Scorton driver Max Coates, who lives just five miles from the track, leads the ProAm class in his Duckhams Yuasa Racing by Graves Motorsport 911.

Testing and qualifying for the races took place today (Friday, August 1), with pictures showing cars speeding round the track and mechanic crews making sure cars are in the right condition ahead of racing this weekend.

Speaking at testing and qualifying, Max Coates said: "Come along and see what we have to offer. The racing will be fast and frenetic, and starts from midday.

"Hopefully the rain holds off, but if it doesn't, I can promise you even better action on track."
