A Winona man faces multiple felony charges after prosecutors say he inappropriately touched his two young daughters in a sexual manner.

The 32-year-old man, whom the Daily News has chosen not to identify to protect the identities of the victims, was arrested Wednesday and charged with four second-degree criminal sexual conduct charges.

According to the complaint, the girls -- both of whom are younger than 10 -- told investigators their father touched them inappropriately multiple times while they were wearing clothes.

The eldest, who said during a forensic interview the behavior happened to her "50 times," claimed her father stopped doing it to her about a year ago after she asked him to stop. She said he continued doing it to her sister.

Law enforcement learned about the allegations based on a report made to Child Protective Services on Monday, according to the Winona Police Department.
