Darts has experienced a heady surge in popularity over recent years, moving beyond its traditional status as a well-loved British pastime. The recent rise of teenage sensation Luke Littler has propelled the sport to even greater levels, making darts more popular than ever.
Target Darts is one of the leading brands in the darts world, supplying big names such as Luke Littler, Rob Cross and Nathan Aspinall. To reach out the fans directly, the brand recently launched it's first Target Darts pop-up shop in Manchester, offering an immersive darts experience and new ranges.
The shop not only sells exciting new product releases but also giving fans the chance to try out equipment including the Omni, Target's autoscoring technology and light ring (advance booking required). Stocked with rare finds and exclusive merchandise unavailable elsewhere, the temporary store has even hinted at the possibility of visitors encountering professional players, stating 'if you're lucky... you might even bump into a pro or two'.
While it remains unclear which professionals might make appearances, some of the best-known players from Target Darts include Stephen Bunting, Luke Littler, Nathan Aspinall, Rob Cross and Chris Dobey. To stay updated on bookings and daily events, Target recommends following them on social media while the shop is still open, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Target isn't the only brand favoured by professional darts players, with Red Dragon also proving a popular selection amongst Premier League champion and multiple major winner, Luke Humphries, alongside Welsh stars Jonny Clayton and Gerwyn Price. Meanwhile, three-time world champion Michael van Gerwen opts for Winmau arrows, available for £89.95 on Amazon.
An elated customer who popped into the temporary shop posted a five-star Google review, commenting: "Really good experience definitely going again this week".
Regarding Target, the brand also maintains an impressive rating on Trustpilot, achieving 4.4 out of 5 from customer feedback. One pleased customer remarked: "I've placed several orders with Target Darts, now, and have been thoroughly impressed every time. Goods arrive in perfect condition, and in a timely fashion. The packaging used is incredible, and I feel that the prices and offers are spot on as well."
A three-star reviewer noted a slight concern with delivery: "Darts were perfect, however delivery was three days and not next day as described."
Another customer was delighted: "Quality service, speedy delivery and great communication."
The location for the Target shop is 14 - 15, The Avenue Spinningfields, Hardman Street, Greater Manchester. Doors will shut for the final time on Sunday, September 28 at 5:30pm.
The shop will be open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday (excluding the opening day), and from 11am to 5:30pm on Sundays.
