Congratulations to Naperville's Gil Johnson -- UI Class of 1966 -- for winning CWFS's weekly picking contest.

Only four contestants predicted an Indiana victory against Illinois, which in hindsight seems crazy given how dominant the Hoosiers were.

Gil went with Indiana 31, Illinois 20, missing the total score by 42 points.

Gil's name goes into an end-of-the-season drawing for a $50 Papa Del's gift card if nobody nails the score on the button this season. My guess is somebody will pull it off.
