TNPL 2025 Points Table: The Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) 2025 witnessed two one-sided contests on Sunday, June 8, with Salem Spartans and IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans registering emphatic victories to shake up the early standings.

In the afternoon game at the SNR College Cricket Ground in Coimbatore, Salem Spartans chased down 165 with six wickets and eight balls to spare against Siechem Madurai Panthers.

Nidhish Rajagopal's 60 off 41 and R Kavin's unbeaten 48 anchored the chase after a shaky start. Earlier, M Mohammed picked up two wickets to keep Madurai to 164/6. With this result, Salem opened their campaign with two points and a solid Net Run Rate (NRR) of +0.746.

In the night match, IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans outclassed Dindigul Dragons, bundling them out for just 93 in 16.2 overs. Esakkimuthu A starred with the ball (4/26),

while captain Sai Kishore returned figures of 2/10. Tushar Raheja's blistering 65* off 39 balls ensured a swift chase in 11.5 overs. With this win, Tiruppur bounced back from their opening defeat to sit second on the table with a strong NRR of +0.971.

Despite one win in two matches, Dindigul Dragons slipped to fifth due to their negative NRR after Sunday's big loss. Siechem Madurai Panthers remain winless after their opening game and are seventh on the table.
