The District Administration of Hyderabad launched the Marka-e-Haq celebrations on August 1. The vibrant rally was led by Deputy Commissioner Zain-ul-Abideen Memon. It started from Shahbaz Building and moved to Post Master General Chowk. The rally marked the start of festivities running from August 1 to 14. Various government departments and local officials participated actively.

Many officials including Assistant Commissioners, District Health Officer, police, traffic, and social welfare staff joined the rally. School children and women also took part, waving national flags and chanting slogans. The event showed strong community spirit and patriotism across Hyderabad. Banners and patriotic chants filled the streets, energizing the crowd.

Deputy Commissioner Memon spoke about the recent Victory of Truth against a hostile neighbor. He tied this victory to Pakistan's upcoming 78th Independence Day celebrations. The government at all levels is working together to make this a memorable event. He highlighted the importance of unity and pride during these celebrations.

The day began with planting 5,000 trees across Hyderabad, involving students and citizens. The celebration schedule includes a mega student flag project, a marathon, and a cricket tournament. August 4 will be Martyrs' Day, and August 5 will be Exploitation Day, with special events planned for both.

The Deputy Commissioner urged the media to cover the celebrations widely. He said this would show the world Hyderabad's pride and unity. The festivities aim to create meaningful experiences for the people. Overall, the Marka-e-Haq celebrations have started on a strong and lively note.
