With Duke basketball's offseason in full swing, the Blue Zone is here to break down film from the new additions to both the men's and women's teams. On the men's side, we've already looked at Jack Scott, Ifeanyi Ufochukwu, Cayden Boozer, Sebastian Wilkins, Dame Sarr and Nikolas Khamenia. We wrap up the series with freshman forward Cameron Boozer:

Freshman Cameron Boozer has some awfully large shoes to fill in Duke's lineup -- literally. The 6-foot-9 forward projects to start at the four this season for the Blue Devils, replacing national player of the year Cooper Flagg.

It's inevitable, then, that the two blue-chip recruits will be compared throughout Boozer's rookie campaign, but he is his own talent. Boozer arrives in Durham on the heels of one of the most successful high-school basketball careers of all time, winning four straight state championships and two Gatorade Player of the Year awards.

The first thing that jumps off the page when looking at Boozer is his size and physical development. Built like an NFL tight end at 250 pounds, the son of former NBA bruiser Carlos Boozer often overwhelmed high school competition around the rim. While the level of athleticism will take a massive jump in college, head coach Jon Scheyer will certainly take advantage of any opportunity Boozer gets in isolation against a smaller defender.

Watch here as he bullies his way through a defender to the middle of the paint, then scores over multiple defenders after corralling his own offensive board:

Even beyond the arc, Boozer looks to attack and get to the rim and his right hand. Watch here as he receives a dribble handoff and faces a defender on his heels -- an action Scheyer has utilized often to create driving lanes. Boozer dribbles to the nail, then spins and seals his man for a right-handed layup. The move showcases the ease with which Boozer can keep the ball on a string, and his footwork around the rim is even more impressive.

If Cameron should draw comparisons to any recent No. 1 pick out of Durham, it should be Orlando Magic superstar Paolo Banchero. The young Miami native still has a long way to go, but his combination of size, shooting and comfort with the ball in his hands projects to be a problem for any opponent.
