Reverend Richard Coles once burnt himself while having sex in a burger van, he confessed this week. The Church of England priest recalled the sizzling hookup from the days before he joined the clergy.

Speaking on Rylan Clark's podcast How To Be In Love, the I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! star said his hand touched a "hot griddle" while he was getting down and dirty with a burger man, parked in a lay-by in the Midlands.

"I discovered casual sex on the road network of the Midlands," he admitted, with Rylan asking if he'd been "dogging". Richard replied: "Well, we didn't call it that then. It was meeting people in may-bys."
