West Ham United completes the 2025 Premier League Summer Series by taking on AFC Bournemouth at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, on Sunday afternoon.

The Hammers go into the game with their hopes of winning the competition still alive, sitting joint-second with the Cherries on points and goal difference, and three points behind Manchester United, who also have a superior goal difference of four.

Opened in 2017 just west of Downtown Atlanta, the 71,000-capacity Mercedes-Benz Stadium is commonly considered to be one of the best in the world. With a retractable roof, an 18-metre high and 335-metre long ring-shaped video board, and more than 180 specially commissioned artworks incorporated into its design, the home of the National Football League's Atlanta Falcons and Major League Soccer's Atlanta United is uniquely eye-catching.

Among the major events hosted by Mercedes-Benz Stadium have been Super Bowl LIII in 2019, college American football bowl games, the 2024 Copa América, concerts and conferences. Earlier this summer, it hosted six matches in the FIFA Club World Cup, and it is set to host seven games at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, including a semi-final.
