Ticket prices for the first NFL Dublin game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Minnesota Vikings have been revealed.

Last month, the NFL announced the historic fixture set to take place at Croke Park on Sunday, September 28 as the Steelers and Vikings go head-to-head in the Irish capital.

Croke Park, Ireland's largest sporting arena and headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), will house around 76,000 American football fans on the day.

The occasion marks the first regular season game in Ireland but it won't be the first time for the Steelers in Dublin having played a preseason friendly here against the Chicago Bears nearly 30 years ago.

The Steelers are the designated home team and the franchise holds deep roots with the island of Ireland as team president Art Rooney II has family from Newry, County Down.

His father also served as U.S. ambassador to Ireland from 2009 to 2012 and was a co-founder of the Ireland Funds Charity.

According to the top betting sites in Ireland, the Vikings are 2.5-point favourites over the Steelers in the Dublin clash.

The cheapest (adult) tickets for the NFL Dublin game are €85 - known as category seven seats, in the heart of the 'nosebleeds' - towards the top of the tier in the Upper Davin Stand.

Excluding hospitality, the most expensive tickets for Steelers vs Vikings are €295 in the lower Cusack and Hogan Stand - known as category one seats, in line with the centre of the pitch and as close as you can get to the action.

The good news is you won't have to wait long for the ticket release, with general sale beginning from midday on Tuesday, June 17.

In order to secure your seat, you'll also need to create an NFL International Tickets account.

For anyone unfamiliar with the two teams, the NFL Dublin game promises to be a spectacle for the ages. The star player for the Vikings is undoubtedly wide receiver Justin Jefferson.

Jefferson was the NFL's Offensive Player of the Year in 2022, has made the first-team All-Pro on two occasions and led the league in receptions and receiving yards in 2022 - becoming the youngest player in history to do so.

Last year he signed a four-year, $140 million contract extension with Minnesota that made him the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL, earning on average $35 million a season.

On the Steelers side, fans will be delighted to see legendary quarterback Aaron Rodgers take to the hallowed turf at Croke Park.

The 41-year-old veteran is widely regarded as one of the greatest of all-time, winning Super Bowl MVP in the Packers' 2011 triumph and has four regular season MVP awards to his name.

Rodgers has led the league in passer rating on four occasions and passing touchdowns on two occasions, alongside ten Pro Bowl honors and six All-Pro selections.
